As you know Fayard has passed on. A private memorial and burial was held in Los Angeles and now his wife, Katherine Hopkins Nicholas is planning a public memorial.
She is also creating an official Fayard Nicholas scholarship fund and Foundation. She has also created an offical website fayardnicholas.com Notice of the public memorial and further information about the Foundation and scholarship will be posted when they are in place.
