Very cool to see the respect Japan gives to great singers.
I've always enjoyed the occasional photos you might see of a vintage American record shop, say from the 1940's or 1950's, and seeing the record album covers on display on the wall. It's fun to identify the many records.
I'm sure that some of the readers of your blog have had dreams of finding themselves in such a store. Some of these dreams may have ended when you brought your stash to the register, only to find that credit cards had not yet been invented.
